Intel Optane Memory & Storage Management vs. Intel R.S.T.

I know that Intel is replacing one with the other. I have a RAID1 for my storage volume. Intel RST software used to startup at boot and you could hover over the icon in the task bar to see status. And it used to do an automatic scheduled monthly verify of the RAID1.

Seems like the new Intel Optane Memory & Storage Management cannot be launched at startup and I'm not sure that it will do a scheduled monthly verify. Am I missing something?
