Intel Extreme Rotate Graphics

Some of our 'users' have found that if they press CTRL-ALT-UP then the screen will rotate. Unfortunately to undo you are meant to repeat the command but this is resulting in the blue screen of death. This Intel feature is of no use to us so I believed I had found the registry key for it and simply want someone to confirm my belief in this key:

MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\Display\igfxcui\hkcmd\resources

Equally, once I define the key I don't actually know how to set it's value. It's value should be set to "Enable"=dword:00000000 but how do you do this within the GPO Editor?

I am placing this in the Computer Configuration section > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Registry
