Intel Express 410T Switch low speed!!

Dear all,

My company have 4 Intel Express 410T switch and some of old 3com 10M hub on LAN. Most of workstations are using intel NIC. I found that the speed is extremely slow when when my workstation connected to those Intel Switch. but when i connected to those 10M hub, the speed is even faster. why is that? I have already set my NIC to auto negociate mode. do you guys meet this problem before?

If someone has used the local management to configure the Intel 410 to Full duplex, then the autonegotiate on your NIC cannot work. Try setting 100/Full and then 10/Full on Your PC, and measure the speed you get.
