Intel 850 chipset mobo now I need memory 16 bit/32bit

Building an intel d850emvrl mobo using 2.4 P4. I'm on a search for memory and I see PC800, PC1066 16bit and PC1066 32 bit. Since I'm jumping from an 866 slot 1 system, i'm not up to date on this memory. Looking for a little advise.
I plan on using a seagate 120 gig, nvidia 400meg quadro 4 video card(when it hits the market in April), for now I have an nvidia MX440 64 meg. My intentions are to record and burn digital video of the family thru fire wire and burn onto DVD. Any advise will help. Thanks.
