Integrity Check Error Message 1

After running Integrity check I receive the following eror Message:

ACCPAC Enterprise Server is not configured correctly.
Code:5.636.0
Source:10.06:35-Report:ASINTCHK

We are currently running SM5.2 Perv8.

Anyone can help?

Local, server, or web install?
Which version of Crystal Enterprise?
Does it happen to all workstations?
Does it happen on the server?

Ji, thanks for your reaction.

this is the situation:
- It happen only at the server
- I cannot print anything within Accpac.(always get the same error message)
- All workstations can print fine.
- Running Integrity Check Selecting Purchase Order give the same error.
- I can create Purchase Orders but cannot print them.
- I already reinstalled System Manager 5.2 and applied SP3
- I copied the Crystal Folder from a Worksation that can print and copied to the the Allusers folder on the server.
- I already reinstalled Crystal reports version 8.5 on the server.

Dont know more what else to do :-(
 
If this is a Terminal Server, copy \Windows\Crystal\*.* to \Windows\System32. If not, look in Administrative Tools/Component Services, and delete any Accpac components you see. They may have been left over from a WebAccpac install that you're not using.
