Using the alias field of type 0 mailbox:

I can put my cell number in the alias field and when calling from my cell into the open tree, I get prompted for my password. That's fine. If I decide to forward my cell to the open tree number, not my primary extension, is it possible for the person calling my cell to get my mailbox and not the open tree? How?

2 types of integration:
- 5ESS with OCtel 350 SMDI for integration
- G3R to Octel 250 - line card on Octel to emulate 7403

Yes, this is posible, as long as your PBX receives the called party information from your cell phone, and passes it over to the Octel system. You can test this by call forwarding your cell phone to your PBX pilot number. On my AT&T cell phone I call *71 then the number to forward to. (Octel pilot Number) and SEND the listen for confirmation tones and press END To cancel call forwarding, I dial *71 + 0 and SEND. You will need to check with your provider for your call forward codes.
