Integration with Goldmine question

I am a MS Partner and Goldmine reseller that has a client that would like to integrate their Goldmine application with their Meridian 11c.

They would like to have inbound calls Pop the contact record in Goldmine and dial outbound calls from contact record in Goldmine. My question is, does Meridian have any link or API that allows us to control the handset, or line, or ???

I am really at ground zero with my knowledge of Nortel. We have done this before with Artisoft Televantage, but that is an NT based telephony solution, so how do I do the same in Meridian world? Thanks in advance.
