Integration with Alcatel OmniPCX4400

Hi All

I'm having problem configuring the Alcatel OmniPCX OTS service wizard software to integrate with NICECallFocusIII. After following the steps from NICE integration document for Alcatel OmniPCX4400 when I reached page 50 step 3, I'm unable to see the list of configured OTS in the service list window. The Alcatel software named is "Alcatel Premium Server ver 5.0.9". Does anyone have any ideas why or ever install this software to integrate with NICE system?

If you are using Call Focus III, you are not using integration info, so OTS it is not neccesary that you install it on logger.

The activity on channels´ll start the record.
