This is a server used for Mass Comm interfaced to CS1000 with two T-1s configured ESF, B8ZS. The trunks are set to IMM,IMM and the channels are seized on an inbound or outbound call but there is no voice transmitted either way. The vendor is requiring that the set up spreadsheet be completed. can anyone help?

Dialogic T-1 Checklist for Inbound Call

For each question please check one option:

1.  Frame:………ESF _X__ or SF ____

2.  Line coding:...B8ZS __X__ or AMI ____

3.  Which bits are used in signaling (check all that apply): A:__ B:__ C:__ D:__

 Do the A and B bits always change together, i.e., if A=0 then B=0 and if A=1 then B=1? …….Yes __ No __

4.  Initially
A=______ B=______ (example: A=low B=low)

5.  Does the CO(PBX) expect the Dialogic board to transmit a bit pattern when the board is idle?
Yes ____ No ____

6.  The CO(PBX) has a call for the Dialogic board. The CO(PBX) indicates that there is a call by
 Seizing the line through changing the signaling bits from
A=______ B=______

To

A=______ B=______

 A wink to the Dialogic board. This is done by changing the signaling bits from
A=______ B=______

To

A=______ B=______ for _______ milliseconds then changing to

A=______ B=______

 doing the following:

7.  The CO(PBX) expects a response. The Dialogic card should respond by
 Seizing the line by changing the signaling bits from
A=______ B=______

To

A=______ B=______

 A wink from the Dialogic board. This is done by changing the signaling bits from
A=______ B=______

To

A=______ B=______ for ________ milliseconds then changing to

A=______ B=______

 doing the following:

8.  The CO(PBX) then sends the DNIS __ ANI __ Both__ Neither __ in the following format: _______________________

9.  The CO(PBX) expects a response. This is indicated by:

 Seizing the line through changing the signaling bits from
A=______ B=______

To

A=______ B=______

 A wink from the Dialogic board. This is done by changing the signaling bits from

A=______ B=______

To

A=______ B=______ for ___________ milliseconds then changing to

A=___0___ B=___0___

 doing the following:

10.  The call is then connected. When either party hangs up the disconnect is indicated by:

 Setting the A and B bits to the following value:

A=______ B=______
