integration of Crystal v10 to HEAT 6.01

Just a quick question for those of you who might know. I'm using the HEAT 6.01 Call Logging Application and it came bundled up with Crystal application version 8.0. There's a seperate module that I have to install from HEAT so it interfaces with Crystal 8. But I started using Crystal 10 and now I can't get my reports to run. It locks up and it give me an error message that says that It can't read the the memory at 0000000. It sounds like an application error.

in any case, is there some upgrade that I need or can any of you guys give me some direction please.

Unless the application or an upgrade supports Crystal 9 or 10, you won't be able to use your v10 reports with it. You should get in touch with the vendor to see if they've upgraded the components they use to support Crystal 9 or 10.
