Integration of Crystal Reports with Excel and PDF to make single apps

Hi,

I have an excel file which hold all the data. I use around FIVE .rpt file (Crystal Reports 10) to format the the above excel data to get the reports is a very complex format as per my business need.

Is it possible to embed these .rpt files in excel and get the reports out by the end user themselves (who does not have crystal), if I can distribute the application as an excel file with a bit of programming using vbe that cmes along with MS Excel. The reports could even be pdf files so that the end user need not know that crystal is used at any point in time since they do not have them.


Any thought as to how to go about doing this is appreciated.
 
Can automated distribution of the excel and/or pdf exports from Crystal to your users (for example, via e-mail) be good enough solution?
