Hello,

CompanyA has bought CompanyB.
DomainA and DomainB exist.
Now I've to integrate CompanyB as OU in the AD of CompanyA.
How could I do that, I mean how could I start the integration/migration of CompanyB ?.
Couls someone give me in short form an idea of the procedures...?

Thank You and regards

If you have direct connection between the two domains, you can just setup a trust relationship between them.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

ADMT - Active directory migration tool can probably help with this. Google for ADMT and you'll find it

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?

I second ADMT. Next best option is use vbscript to do the work. Export the users to Excel, then re-import on the new domain. ADMT is a lot less work and will work great.

I hope you find this post helpful.
