Integration of 3rd party asset info with Service Desk

I am trying to import data into Service Desk. I am importing data such as IP address, Mac Address, System Name, and indexing with existing contacts based off of the Network_Resource table. I seem to be having the data populate the table ok HOWEVER the data is not turning up in the user interfaces!!! Does anyone have any experience with importing info directly into Service Desk tables???
