I can not think this one all the way through. I am getting an excel file of debits (happens to be credit card info). Everything is going the way I want EXCEPT - I am not sure how to make IM also create a corresponding Debit and do not want to put it in the file. Anyone else ever run into this?

Had this issue before. You WILL have to have a record in the data file for each distribution you want created. No way around it. You cannot create a distribution unless you have a record in a source query that integration manager can process.
If you want to get creative, use the Before Integration script to add a line into the source data file by using the methods available in FSO (fileSystemObject).
If you do not want to overwrite it, as you read each line write to a different location or filename, then use the overridefolder in the source query script.
