Integration Manager Sales Order Processing Error

Hello,

Anyone ever get this error? I've copied a IM.mdb onto the sytem of a client. Items run, customers run but SOP fails with this error??? Any ideas?

are you registered for SOP? are you registered for the SOP integration?
