Hi. I just created an Integration for inventory transactions. It appears to integrate just fine. However, when I go to look at it (Transactions>Batches>InventoryBatchEntry) I see it in the look-up but upon selecting it The 'Do you want to save changes to this batch' immediately appears(???). If I say yes it warns that 'not all required fields have been entered'. If I can't load it, I can't view or delete it. Just stuck.

Cause: is it because I ran the integration while logged into GP as 'sa' hence the missing fields are user related?

Resolution: How can I fully expunge this batch through the sql management studio? I'm aware of it being represented in SY00500. Where the actual transactions reside preposting I'm not sure. temp table?

Help pls :)

Trina,

It's usually best (if possible) to delete in the User Interface, as that will clear up any related records automatically.

What if instead you go to Transactions | Inventory | Transaction Entry, then click on the looking glass next to Number at the top - do you see your imported transaction(s) there? If so, you can select one, then click on the blue arrow next to the Batch ID to open the batch in the Inventory Batch Entry window.
