Integration Manager for Dynamics GP 9.0 over Citrix

Having issues with getting Integration manager module for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 to work properly within the Citrix enviroment.

Details:
Dynamics is the published application and itself as a app is working fine for the users. The integration module gets launched from with in the GP app but fails to load.

Our Dynamics support is saying it is related to a Citrix security issue. Authenicated citrix users have full access to the Integration manager app folder. Running it directly on the server works fine but when the users come in through the published app it fails.

From what I can tell everything is perfectly set up in Citrix enviroment just fine. Has anyone had a simular issue and may know some setting or trick to getting this mmodule to work properly in Citrix?

Not had the problem before but I have'nt played with 9.0.

You might want to get hold of FIlemon and regmon from MS or sysinternals and run them as your test user accesses IM, you should be able to figure out what is not happening.

Make sure the the launch path and executable are in your dex.ini file within the Great Plains folder.

Also, it might be launching but minimized...make sure your citrix ini file in each users home directory is set to launch maximized. What I would do is blow away their citrix profile and have them try again.
