Integration Manager and inventory

Can someone tell me where in the integration manager's inventory destination mapping you would set the default unit of measure for an item.

Setting the value in Inventory Item | Pricing | Default Selling U of M (my best guess) doesn't seem to work. I'm consistently returned an error like "DOC 1 ERROR: You must include the default selling U of M in the price list."

If you could point me to a web FAQ / primer somewhere, I'd appreciate that as well.

Nevermind.

It appears when choosing to use default values in related fields where defaults aren't available, associated constant fields won't be updated.

Or something like that.

Can anyone confirm?

The default UOM can be set by choosing a class. If you are not using a class then there will be no default and that explains the error.
