Integration Error F9 subcode 28

Help! Can't find the subcode 28 for an F9 status code in the manual.
We get this error often and it lights the light on the mailbox manager's phone.

By mailbox managers phone do you mean the system manager ?

I'm assuming that the integration you're using is FLT-N with ACD-the F9/28's mean that the FLT-N ports had a problem logging in or out. I would stat the TN's in the switch to make sure that they are enabled and logged in.
