Integration Broker Problems

Hello,

We are running on PeopleTools 8.45.17. One of our developers is trying to run EX_DATA_LOAD Application Engine. He is getting an error:

The message instance could not be retrieved from the integration broker queue. The layer of code that displays the message does not know what the problem is. See the application server log for more information.

The app server logs are of no help. We have set the default local node to PSFT_EP. Anyone know of this issue, or what stuff we need to check?Thanks
