Integration between Panasonic TDE600Xe with Karel IPG 1000

Good Morning,

We are using Panasonic TDE600Xe in our network before we buy the Karel IPG 1000, So we want the two to communication together because we have all the license of the Karel IPG 1000 including the SIP Trunk. We have configure the Karel IPG already but the Panasonic refuses to communication with the Karel IPG.
Please can you guide us on your to configure them.
