Integrating visio drawing in a WINFORM

Hi folks,
Can someone help me??

What are the steps I have to take to integrate a Visio drawing in a windows form??

I am Using the .NET environment/visio 2002
The winform is a form with tab controls, and by clicking one of the tabs, the visio stencil/drawing has to come up.
