Integrating TSW with CCTV camera

Hi All,
Is there any way to Integrate CCTV camera with TSW so as soon as a user off-hooks,an event is sent to the CCTV to turn the camera to certain direction?Is there any way to send the extension status in a packet form to CCTV?
Could an ICU/NIU output for Ic be used.Some thing like integration towards avoice mail system?
