Integrating Panasonic kx-tde 600 smdr with TigerTMS using LAN

I am integrating Panasonic kx-tde 600 smdr with TigerTMS using LAN port and I am having challenges.

is it only smdr or do you need cti?

you will have to get the tapi drivers for the pc, do they have any working on a Panasonic already

does/can the v-server have its own nic or are you using a v-switch

To use smdr you use the user and password set in maintenance and setup your collector to that IP and to use password

We have had problems with v-switched so use putty to proof you are getting output

you can use PBXDom, it's call accounting service and with zapier integration you can connect your Panasonic PBX to any CRM software such as Tiger.
