Integrating Octel 250 with Avaya S8300

Having trouble integrating the Octel 250 with the S8300. Followed Config. Note 5200, but the Octel does not want to answer when it is called upon. Need help fast on this one.

Do you see the inbound light on the FLT card in the Octel light up on an inbound call ? Also if you run a dialtone test does it pass ?

Inbound calls does light up FLT Card. Tried the port testing and it stays on waiting state. Its funny because I opened up a ticket with Avaya and they posted a configuration note that they can't even find.

What kind of FLT card do you have in it ? what is the part number. I assume you are using analog ports from the S8300 ?

Hi!

Finally got it going...Octel dialed in and found that for some reason the system was still seeing a Digital Card and not the Analog Card. Everything working fine.
