Integrating Netg Courses with NETg Skillbuilder DX and LearningSpace5

Hello!
I am a LearningSpace admin.
I try to integrating Netg Courses with netg Skillbuilder DX and LearningSpace5. I try respect the following steps:
- installing Skill Builder Administration Utility from the netg site
- Install DX-enabled netg courses on the content server by using the Skill Builder
Administration Utility
- If you don’t have version 2.0.4.0 of the netg Web Player, you must download and install it from ftp://ftp.netg.com/Public/Updates/Special/Mindspan/.
HERE is the FIRST PROBLEM. At this ftp address I can't find netg Web Palyer 2.0.4.0. Finally I found in the other forlder of the netg ftp site a self extract file that contains Web PLayer 2.0.4.0 but it REQUIRE a PASSWORD for unzipping. Where can I find a netg Web Player without password or did you know the pasword?
- Configuring the netg Web Player to work with LearningSpace ---netg provides two netg .wsl configuration files (en_USres.wsl and en_USressmd.wsl) that customize
navigation for activities launched from the English version of LearningSpace. Download the .wsl files from
the netg Web site ftp://ftp.netg.com/Public/Updates/Special/Mindspan/.
HERE is the SECOND PROBLEM. This is 2 important files that customize the navigation. WHERE CAN I FOUND THIS files? Because at this ftp address I can't find those files.

In conclusion, when I lunch from LearningSpace an activity of netg cours it starts the DX Player and his navigation utility.

I read in documentation that it is possible to lunch this activities individualy.

Please helpe. Tell me what you do, and wher you found that files?
