Has anyone had any luck setting up a Fax Finder FF240 towork with an Avaya CS 1000?
Here is what I have set up. This is a 2 port Fax Finder
I have 2 500 sets programmed and connected. Port 1 is DN 7101 which HUNTs to 7102.
Each user has a Phantom TN set up to DCFW to 7101. EXP, my fax: 941-444-8502 which DCFW to 7101. When someone faxes me, it is answered and received the fax but does not route to my extension, almost as if it was not seeing the CALLER ID of 8502 in order to know where to route it.
If I send a test fax directly from the Fax Finder - it works. So the problem lies somewhere in either the CS1K or FF240 that ID's the incoming call and routes it to the appropriate email box.
Any ideas?
Thanks
