Integrating DCD ffrom Two Separate CCM Clusters

I have two separate Cisco Call Manager clusters running DCD. I also have Cisco VT Advantage running at each separate cluster. I want to enable users to be able to use the directory feature in order to call employees back and forth between the two clusters. How can this be specifically programmed within Call Manager? I have been told therre is a way to accomplish this but I do not know how to program it. Thank you, Tom
