I create my Crystal Reports using data selected with query's made in Crystal SQL Designer. The problem is that when I change the location of the report and try to run it it give me an error saying that he can find the query (because the report only save the path to the query not the query itself). My question is if there is a way of when I save the report the query that is integrated with the report, so that I can change the location of the report.

Thanks

That is the downside of queries. You might be better off generating the SQL within the application, and then passing the recordset to the report. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

When you say pass the recordset to the report - what do you mean ?
Am I able to generate a data result set through a means of my choosing (perhaps Delphi) and then set the Report to point to this dataset ?

Oops, I assumed that you were programming an application. You can do this if you program an app.

When you say "change the location" do you mean move the RPT file to a new folder? Are you running the report with the Report Designer? Do you want the report to hit the database for fresh data every time it is run? Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
