Just a general question...

we are running 8.9 in a total enviroment with nortel symposium server.

Is it possibel to include the meridian CDR feed as well as the CTI information into the cls database?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

why? the cti contains more info than the cdr does.

That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

more back office stuff rather than call centre.

the company want to skimp on not upgrading our call logger by using our nice equip.....

they haven't noticed that you can't cost calls in nice yet......

You can upgrade the cls to dual driver

I think all CDR solutions need to be done through Nice committment these days. The problem with what you are proposing is what happens if both CDR and CTI try to tag the same call? Does it create multiple database indexes for the same call? How confusing for the user will this be?

Not sure what you mean by company trying to skimp on upgrading Nice logger?
