Integrating Access with Outlook

Can someone point me in the general direction of integrating an access2k3 dbase with outlook 2k3? Basically, instead of using distro lists, management would like to see if access is a better solution to emailing 2000-3000 contacts all at once. All suggestions are appreciated.

If your contacts are listed in Access, you may find it more convenient to use CDO. If contacts are listed in Outlook, it is possible to link Outlook tables, it is also possible to, er, access, the contacts folder via Access.
