Hi guys,
I have a machine running Linux and Apache Web Server in Microsoft Windows Domain. My Intranet Site hosted on Apache Web Server. In Order to validate the user who access my intranet site, I would like to pass the authentication process to the Domain (i.e Microsoft Domain) but from Apache Web Server.
If in IIS, this can be done by setting Integrated Windows Authentication checkbox. Then, how to do the same thing in Apache?

Any help or suggestions are greatly welcomed...

rgds,

You might look into some of the 'single sign on' products such as siteminder. They can used a shared cookie server and authentication against windows domain accounts. It works as a filter installed into the Apache process.
