There are two ways that you can accomplish this based on how your environment is set up.
1- If you are using OS signons, you can create a seamless signon between the two applications by selecting to use Windows Integrated Authentication through IIS.
2- Access Manager Trusted Signon SDK. There are plenty of samples available with the product to demonstrate how to use ths.
