Integrate Contact DB w/ Exchange Address List

I am running exchange server 2003 and I use ACT! 2005 premium which stores contact information in a SQL Server 2000 database.

Is there any way for my users to access the e-mail addresses of the contacts stored in SQL server(possibly via an exchange address list).

I don't want the integration to happen at the client side through outlook; I want it to happen at the server side. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.
