Integrate App in Windows Taskbar (Toolbar like)

Can anyone tell me how to create an toolbar that would dock into the windows taskbar, like the new Windows Media Player does?

You don't actually create a toolbar into the taskbar. What yo do is that you create a deskbar which is actually a dll plugin for explorer. And you need to register your plugin with RegServ.exe. Some other setup programs may be also capable for this.
