Just wondering if anyone has tried to link an Access database to the Avaya IP Office tapi driver to enable outbound dialling. Any advice you can give would be great!
Thanks fro that, however we already have this info. acording to Avaya Tech the Phone Manager Pro TAPI software will link with Access Databases therfore, I don't beleive we need any other middleware to enable this to work. We do however need to write additional information to the Access Database to enable dialing of the phone number or numbers in the table. A dial function therefore needs to be written into the database. Any pointers for this would be appreciated.
