Integral Voice Card Locks up or no audio

Has any one had a problem where the AA menu stops playing the audio to an incoming caller in the middle of an AA Menu.

We have a couple sites claiming this fault but cannot reproduce it.

Try re-recording the menu. I've seen it a few times over the years where a frequency in the voice of the person doing the recording by fluke happens to get close enough to a DTMF digit to fool the VMS into thinking the caller had dialed a digit. Re-recording solved this in every case - even getting the same person to re-record.

DTMF detection can also cause beeps on SCN calls if the Out O Band DTMF setting is enabled.

The IPO seems to be oversensitive to DTMF!
