I installed Linux 7.3 on my computer using DISK DRUID. I have a quick question.

After my installation, I looked into the partition and one of the partition I got is :

Filesystem Size used Avail used% mounted on

none 78m 0 77m 0 /dev/shm

seem like I have some extra space and I didn't use it. Could someone please explain to me and show me how to fix it????

Thanks

It looks like something was left on the drive and linux didn't recognize it so it wasn't used. I think you have 3 choices. One is to just forget the 78Megs or reinstall RH 7.3 and let the installer partition for you. You will need to tell it to delete ALL partitions so it will delete and reformat that partition. The other option is to use fdisk and delete that partition then recreate it as a linux native. Then have it mount when you boot.
