I am running Windows 2000 Pro on a network and I get the message, "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". When I boot it up, it makes it to the Applying your personal settings and either reboots or it will go back to the applying your personal settings screen. I ran chkdsk /r and fixed some errors, but it is still doing the same thing.
I also got a message a time or two saying "Windows can not load your profile. Please increase the registry size and reboot".
I haven't seen this message since I did the chkdsk.
Any help would be appreciated.
