Insufficient Quiet Time

Hey all
I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem...my full backups for my exchange server (5.5) and veritas backup exec 8.5 fail...it keeps telling me:

Unable to get minimum quiet time window for physical volume.

Is there something i'm doing wrong? Has anyone else run into this problem AND is there a fix or something i can do differently to avoid this error? Let me know and THANKS!

I assume this message relates to OFO? If so, here is a link you can look at. Use this with care as it involves editing registry.
