Hi,
I have an HP 2210 ipaq, running Pocket PC 2003. When i try to connect to a bluetooth devise i get the following error message.
"The Bluetooth radio failed to turn on due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn on the Bluetooth radio."
My questions are as follows:
1. I currently have 15.6mb of storage memory available and 11.4mb of program memory available, why is this insufficient?
2. How do i perform a "Normal Reset" and will this erase any files/programs i have stored?
Any help would be appreciated.
