Insufficient disk space

Hi,

I was trying to upgrade BCM 400 from release 3.7 to 4.0, but I got insufficient disk space error saying “There is insufficient disk space on the BCM drive E:\”. As a second step to resolve the issue I tried to apply and install the OS2 patch, but I’m still getting the same error.

The OS2 will resolve the insufficient disk space issue on the BCM drive F:\ not the drive E:\. In this case what I have to do.

you need to connect thru the serial port of the BCM, enter the E: drive and delete the CDR reports that have accumulated. There are some specific comands that need to be entered to complete this task.
