Instructions on replacing windows 2000 SBS with windows 2003 SBS ?

Does anybody have instructions or a how to type document for doing this.

I am starting to think the only way to do it is to configure the domain, move everything over manually/with admt, then replace one with the other.

is there any way to add windows 2003 SBS to a windows 2000 SBS network and have Active Directory Replication take over ?
