instructions for installing SSL cert on multiple servers

It's always too long in between times I have to do this. I know I've found instructions for this before but can't find them now.

Anyone done this recently or know where to find the instructions?

I remember it involved using the MMC to backup something, move it to the other server and intall it again but I don't remember what needed backed up?
