Instead of recoreded voice mailbox message playing the Opening Box (auto attendant) message plays

We have an IPK II phone system with a EliteMail LX voicemail system. When 9 is pressed off of the Opening Box the caller is transferred to extension 109. It rings for about 6 rings then is suppose to go to extension's 109 voicemail. Instead what happens is the Opening Box's greeting plays again. I have checked the programming on the IPK II and call forwarding for 109 is set for no answer/busy to go to 200. 200 is the group for voicemail. On the EliteMail side of programming 109 is set up just like the other mailboxes that are working okay.

I feel that I am not forgetting a setting but also this was working fine until around 9/24.

Sounds like the mailbox for 109 does not exist. If it does, then in the VM place a $ in front of the box ID ($109). Then build a new mailbox for 109 and test it.
