Good morning,

I like improve my program.
I like to use a combobox in a query
instead of having to type in the parameter box.
I have [enter name] in my query ,so each time I have to
type the name in the "Enter Parameter Box".
I like to replace this with a combo box showing the names.

Thanks in advance for your help.

First, create a form that is based on your query. Then create a combobox that has the list of names that you want to retrieve. (You can get this list of names by creating a table and having the combobox point to that table) Name this combobox "Combobox_Name" for example. Next, create a button on the form that will run the query that you want. In the criteria of your query, make sure that you point to the combobox that you just created. =[Forms]![Form_Name]![Combobox_Name].
