Instant messenger on Exchange...

I've been having problems with my instant messenger
program. First of all, it is the latest update and all
the updates and patches were applied to all computers on
the network. The problem is, I am able to ping or message
the server, but I can't message anyone else. Messages
going to server goes through but the message from the
server to a client will get denied. Error codes 500 for
messages going to the server and codes 200 from the server
to the client show up in the performance logs. Does
anyone know what's wrong? Let me know.

On the log sheet, it prints out:

2003-04-24 23:53:21 192.168.16.75 - w3svc1 192.168.16.2 80 NOTIFY /instmsg/aliases/administrator - 200 -

Does anyone know what's wrong. Please help me.

actually...the error code was suppose to be 500 not 200...which I'm assuming is an Internal Server Error. Still, I have no clue as to what's wrong. Anyone know?
