Is anyone out there using this feature of Exchange successfully? If so let me now I have some questions for you.

OK. We have everything set up correctly from what we can tell and every time we try to log in we get the following message.

" The person logged on to this computer does not have permission to use the specified e-mail address ".


I am logged on as myself, I have domain admin rights, administrator rights on the local machine and I am using my own email address.

HELP???

The e-mail address for Instant Messaging is not the same as the e-mail address for Exchange.

Be sure you're using the IM address.
