I have Some buisness components that reside in MTS that i Wish to set to PUBLICNOTCREATABLE. When another class tries to instantiate one of these classes iget an "activex component can`t create object" error. If i set these components to MULTIUSE it works fine. Is this a MTS thing or something i am doing wrong?

PublicNotCreatable means that only classes in the same project are able to create instances of that class. This option is only useful for "helper" classes that outside callers will never use. I would expect classes marked as such to disappear from your MTS/COM+ console, as no other COM client-component will be able to make use of them.
