Hi
Instance manager doesn't track my users as they view on demand reports.
Any ideas how I can track users viewing or logging on to crystal reports?
Thanks

You need to be running the AUDITOR tools in BOE-XI (R2), and configure the Audit tabs on each of the services in the CMC.

I have crsytal reports XI....I don't think I have audit tools
This is what I have
Administration Tools:
Schedule Manager
Instance Manager
View Server Summary
Manage Groups and User Accounts
Shortcut Manager
Report Datasources
Object Repository Helper
Query Builder

You have CRYSTAL REPORTS XI SERVER - it does not offer those Auditing tools to track the info you are looking for.

Not sure if you can buy the AUDITOR as an add-on to CRYSTAL REPORTS XI SERVER - or if you would need to purchase an upgrade to BOE-XI (R2).

Best to talk to a pre-sales technical person at BOBJ, and confirm what you need.
